Job Overview Job Store Staffing has partnered with a commercial door company to search for an experienced Sales Representative to join a growing company specializing in commercial doors and hardware. The Sales Representative will be a fully onsite position in Commerce City, Colorado. In this Sales Representative role, you will work with contractors, builders, and project teams to review project opportunities, understand customer requirements, and deliver tailored door and hardware solutions. The Sales Representative offers a strong base pay with commission potential and the opportunity to build long-term relationships in the construction industry.

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay:

$24.00/hour base + 5% commission

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue project opportunities through construction portals and existing industry networks

Review project plans and read blueprints to understand door and hardware specifications

Communicate with contractors, builders, and project stakeholders to determine project needs

Prepare and present product solutions and pricing to clients

Manage digital project files, documentation, and shared resources

Negotiate pricing and contracts and close deals

Maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or construction-related industries

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Experience reviewing construction bid portals or project listings

Strong proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and digital document management

Door and hardware knowledge is highly preferred

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

$24.00/hour base pay plus 5% commission on all sales

Base pay continues until commissions are sufficient to support full compensation

No cold calling required – focus on active opportunities and project-based sales

Private office workspace

Full-time, stable schedule with three-day weekends (Monday–Thursday schedule)
