
Sales Associate LensCrafters

General Function
The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience in every LensCrafters store every time. The role helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in the community.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to help customers choose the perfect vision solution.
Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the optician as needed.
Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff (Target Host partners).
Take pride in the appearance of the store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators with basic phone and math skills.
Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
Self‑motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi‑task; flexible response in a quickly changing environment.
Pay Range: -21.41
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first‑class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
