Part Time Flex Sales Associate

The Flex Sales associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).
Assessment requirement: This job will require the completion of an assessment that will be emailed to you upon submittal of the application.
Flex Hours: Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.

Comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs — including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.

Qualifications

You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.

and embrace adventure! A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement. This can include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and timely arrival to work.
Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
Reliable support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
