Role Description This is a seasonal to possible full-time on-site role located in Georgetown, MA, as a Retail Sales Specialist. Responsibilities include assisting customers by providing exceptional service, offering product recommendations, maintaining knowledge of gardening and houseplants , and promoting sales. Additional duties include creating and restocking displays, maintaining the cleanliness of the sales area, and supporting store activities to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in retail sales and proven ability to engage and assist customers
Demonstrated product knowledge, especially in gardening and floral items
Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating a positive shopping experience
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and support colleagues
Willingness to learn and stay updated on new trends in gardening and horticulture
Previous retail or plant care experience is a plus
