Dufry by Avolta is a global leader in Duty-Free travel retail, with a strong presence in North America. We're looking for exceptional sales representatives to join our new Duty Free stores, opening here at John F. Kennedy International Airport Terminal 8.

This Duty Free Sales Associate Position Is For You If You Enjoy:

Duty Free Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Contributing to achieving store goals using their customer service and product knowledge skills
Deliver the highest of Customer Service standards that exceeds customer expectations, and act as ambassadors of the brand, ensuring that all customers have a pleasant shopping experience
Maintaining adequate stock level of all products carried in the stores, and maximize sales by efficiently receiving product deliveries, restocking of the stores and assisting in the daily operation of the store
Operate a cash register efficiently, including Credit Card transactions
Follow company policies, including cash handling and loss prevention procedures
Inform management about pricing, inventory, and out-of-date issues
Protect company assets and stock merchandise in the store and backroomKeep the store clean by sweeping, dusting, organizing merchandise, and taking out the trash
Perform other related tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with diverse personalities
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
At least 6 months of luxury retail experience
Ability to interact with diverse personalities
Ability to stand for the duration of a shift
Capability to lift 40-60 pounds
