A Customer Sales Representative in freight brokerage drives revenue by sourcing new shippers, managing client relationships, and securing transportation capacity. Key responsibilities include negotiating freight rates, booking loads, tracking shipments, and providing exceptional service to shippers and carriers. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills to meet, or exceed, sales and profit goals.
