One of our top foodservice manufacturer’s rep firms has partnered with us exclusively to find a tenacious, charismatic hunter for their institutional sales team in Dallas.
They’re a high-end rep agency with over 35 years of excellence, representing 30+ premium manufacturers across Texas and Oklahoma. They deliver top-tier kitchen equipment, tabletop, furniture, décor, ventilation, and full solutions from dock to dining room and lobby to in-room amenities for clients who demand the best.
This role owns institutional sales (education + government), calling on K-12 schools, higher ed, hospitals, casinos, regional chains, and hospitality venues.
You’ll manage distribution partners and direct end-users, spec in product, hunt new business, and run the full sales cycle. High-autonomy Dallas territory, perfect for a self-motivated closer who hates micromanagement. They can teach product, so character and mentality win here.
Uncapped earnings with competitive base + commission. Includes car allowance, gas card, all expenses covered, full medical/dental, etc.

5+ years of proven sales experience in competitive, relationship-driven environments Bachelor's degree preferred Tenacious hunter with a history of building and expanding accounts Experience selling to K-12, higher ed, hospitals, casinos, or hospitality a plus
