The Sales Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations. This position involves engaging with clients, managing schedules, and assisting in the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Salary Range $20 - $25 / Hour DOE
Responsibilities
Maintain up-to-date information on open interview slots and active interviews
Maintain prompt communication via text, email, phone, and multiple Slack channels to support recruiting efforts and manage a high volume of correspondence
Manage interview logistics including scheduling and calendar coordination
Send and manage Account Manager’s calendar invitations for interviews, feedback calls, and intake calls
Review and send candidate thank-you notes and references to clients
Initiate and monitor reference and background checks, providing daily updates to Account Managers
Submit candidates to clients and support candidate processes
Quickly prepare and dispatch contracts for streamlined onboarding
Accurately maintain client and candidate records, including contacts and placement activity in CRM
Support client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and service coordination
Occasionally schedule prospective client introductory calls for Account Managers
Keep the office organized, handle errands, and provide general administrative support
Requirements
1+ year of experience working with sales professionals or in a related industry (recent college graduates encouraged to apply)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Interest or prior experience in the staffing industry preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills; personable and approachable
Results-oriented, quick-thinking, and performs well in fast-paced environments
Tech-savvy with CRM experience; Salesforce proficiency preferred
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
