What You’ll Do Our Sales Associates play a critical role in success. You’ll deliver an authentic, fun and energetic experience, helping customers find premium quality eyewear.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales & Build Relationships: Hit sales targets and exceed expectations by connecting with customers, building lasting relationships, and helping both new and returning customers find products that meet their needs.
Become a Vision Expert: Offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that fit each customer's lifestyle and preferences.
Learn and Grow: Enhance your skills through hands‑on training and collaboration with experienced professionals to provide top‑tier service.
Collaborate & Contribute: Work closely with your team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment where everyone contributes to success.
Create a Welcoming Store Atmosphere: Keep the store clean, organized and visually appealing, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Foster Inclusion & Respect: Cultivate an inclusive and respectful environment for both customers and colleagues.
What We’re Looking For
Passion for Customer Service: Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is key.
Sales Savvy: Thrive in a dynamic environment, using communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.
Tech‑Savvy & Detail‑Oriented: Comfortable using technology to enhance the customer experience while maintaining transaction accuracy.
Fashion Forward: Keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends with the ability to help customers find their perfect look.
Self‑Motivated & Adaptable: Stay driven and resilient, adjusting to fast‑paced environments and consistently seeking opportunities to learn and grow.

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: 16.90 - 19.78
This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. Employees may also receive a bonus and/or commission plan. Benefits include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation and various discounts.
