Compensation & Benefits Competitive Base Pay + Commission Earn a
$31,200 annual base salary
($2,600/month or $15/hour)
PLUS commission on every sale , giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your income based on performance.

Assist customers in selecting outdoor furniture and accessories
Create an engaging in‑store shopping experience
Build relationships and follow up with customers
Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge
