Full‑Time Account Representative
to join our dynamic team. Our employment benefits include accrued vacation, sponsored healthcare & welfare benefits, and 401(k) retirement benefits.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail or customer service experience.
Bilingual Spanish/English required; additional language skills a plus.
In accordance with federal, state, and local laws, candidates must have a valid driver's license or unexpired picture ID issued by the State of California Authority, and a social security number that can and will be verified through the State's E‑Verify system.
Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Our retail store environment may require evening hours.
Essential Duties
Achieve or exceed assigned monthly bad debt performance plans.
Collect personal transaction information and maintain accuracy and safety of data in accordance with Company’s consumer privacy policy.
Review and understand consumer credit reports to provide accurate information on approved limits authorized by store management.
Accept payments or advances on established consumer credit accounts.
Maintain professional attire, demeanor and neatness in accordance with company policy.
Other duties as assigned.
