What You’ll Be Doing
Owning outbound and inbound outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn using AI‑powered messaging, targeting, and sequences to drive engagement at scale. Generating qualified pipeline for Account Executives by consistently penetrating target accounts and surfacing real buying interest. Leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce alongside custom automation workflows to prospect specifically. Solving problems on the fly; when something isn’t working, you diagnose and try something new. Partnering closely with Channel and Marketing to sharpen targeting, refine messaging, and feed market insights back into the team. Growing your career. 2+ years of successful outbound SDR/BDR experience, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity. 2+ years of exposure to cybersecurity or emerging technology markets — you understand the space and can speak credibly to technical buyers. Strong verbal and written communication skills — clear, confident, and persuasive. A creative problem‑solver who finds ways to get into accounts. Comfortable utilizing AI tools and operating at high outbound volume without sacrificing quality or organization. Solid working knowledge of CRM and sales tech (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach/Salesloft, or similar). Bachelor’s degree preferred. Fluent in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills. Located in Austin, TX. What We Offer
