Fleet Service Writer
to support our Service Manager in the daily operation of our
Wilder KY
service facility. Strong communication and time‑management skills are required, and the candidate must possess shop administration skills.
Primary Responsibilities
Supervise the daily workload of a technician workforce to achieve optimum utilization and organize and close purchase orders.
Perform daily lot checks – check and log all trucks on the lot.
Procure vendor invoices.
Review and close work orders.
Track and receive parts.
Stock and re‑stock inventory items.
Review and prioritize driver write‑ups for equipment requiring repair.
Other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
