
Sales BDC Representative

Dan Wolf Automotive Group is looking for a motivated and results‑driven Automotive Sales BDC Representative to join our dynamic team at Dan Wolf Automotive, as we handle all inbound leads for three automotive brands, Lexus, Chevrolet and Toyota of Naperville. As a member of our BDC team, you will play a key role in engaging with potential customers, generating leads, and ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our dealership while following different processes. Our full‑time position works 5 weekdays and alternating Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads and inquiries via phone, email, text and chat.
Qualify potential customers and schedule appointments with the sales team.
Keep CRM tools up to date by documenting all client interactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
Assist in managing the sales pipeline and ensuring that leads are efficiently handled.
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to provide a top‑tier customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
