Part-Time & On-Call Sales & Hospitality Associate
to join our small team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about wine, enjoys building genuine connections with guests, and thrives in a warm, hospitality-driven environment.
Position Overview This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and service-oriented individual who takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences while supporting winery sales and day-to-day tasting room operations.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional hospitality during tastings, tours, and private guest experiences.
Share the Benessere story and educate guests about our wines, history, and philosophy.
Support sales efforts through wine club sign-ups, tasting room purchases, and follow-up communication.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of tastings, events, and special experiences.
Help maintain daily tasting room operations, including inventory, restocking, and overall cleanliness.
Qualifications
Previous hospitality experience preferred; restaurant experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for guest service.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time, on-call position with flexible scheduling.
Currently seeking availability for
Tuesdays and Wednesdays .
Typically
1–3 shifts per week , with the potential for additional shifts as needed.
Some weekends and holidays may be required.
Hourly pay: $22–$27 , based on experience, plus tips and quarterly sales commission.
