Full-Time Footwear Associate

Provide outstanding customer service and generate sales; suggest products to customers Stock and merchandise the footwear department; maintain a clean and organized area Safeguard company assets This full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. This shift may include weekends and certain holidays and requires scheduling flexibility based on business needs. Qualifications
Willingness to share credit, work with others in a team environment, and define success collectively Ability to take initiative, embrace change, and learn new things Dependability and the ability to perform well against job expectations Ability to work independently or in a group setting Commitment to providing phenomenal customer service to North 40 guests Good communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals regularly Ability to multitask and prioritize Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining detailed and focused Previous merchandising experience is helpful Capable of performing repetitive tasks Ability to educate and assist customers on the brands North 40 sells Understanding of safe lifting techniques; physical ability to lift and carry various weights; standing for the majority of the work time Benefits & Compensation
