At this family‑owned Massage Heights, we promote from within. Not someday—consistently. Our Retreat Director started answering phones two years ago. Our Team Lead made it in six months.

Your first commission check: 2 weeks. First promotion opportunity: 6‑12 months. Your career trajectory: entirely up to you.

What You'll Actually Earn Base: $15/hour + Commission

Top performers earn: $20‑23/hour total

You'll earn commission on membership packages, service add‑ons, and upgrades. The better you connect guests with what improves their lives, the more you make. Every shift.

You'll promote wellness services you've personally experienced.

Peer‑to‑Peer Rewards Team members gift each other points redeemable for gift cards to popular stores and restaurants.

What You'll Do

Turn calls into bookings - Guide guests to services that genuinely help them

Sell memberships - Meet individual and team goals by showing guests the value (and earn commission)

Educate guests - Match people with the right services and products

Support your team - Collaborate with therapists and estheticians for seamless guest experiences

Must‑Haves

Task‑oriented - You organize, prioritize, and execute without constant direction

Fast learner - You pick up new systems quickly and retain information

Reliable - You show up on time, consistently, ready to work

Leadership potential - People naturally look to you for guidance
