Job Summary Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio in Johnstown/Loveland! We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members that love to connect with people.

Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee.
Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support
Free sessions to use our Infrared Saunas
We offer flexibility to choose shifts within our Saturday and Sunday schedules
Established career track to be promoted to assistant studio manager with a pay increase

Early morning, evening, and weekend availability
What you’ll be doing
Sell memberships with confidence
Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
Administer studio tours for new guests
Answer all questions about services and the facility
Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

Compensation $17.00 - $19.00 per hour + Bonus/Commission
This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
