Responsibilities
Deliver a world-class experience, surpass sales goals, and continually engage and attract fans (customers).
Support store operations as a Flexible Sales Associate, with peak hours emphasis to deliver exceptional fan experiences.
Share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people\'s loves.
Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand operation.
Comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs, including peak periods.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
You are a results-oriented seller.
You demonstrate care in your written and verbal communication.
You can charm and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
You are at least 18 years old and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
You can work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; timely arrival to work.
You can work 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
You provide reliable support and can step in during high-traffic times or special events.
Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.
Other duties as assigned.
Compensation:
$19.00 per hour - $21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
