Grand Rapids Harley-Davidson is looking for an experienced sales and retail professional to deliver a boutique-style shopping experience in our apparel department. This role focuses on exceptional customer service, and the ability to confidently style the H-D customer for every step of their journey!
What You'll Do
Deliver outstanding customer service to every guest that walks through the door
Assist customers in selecting MotorClothes® apparel, riding gear, and merchandise that fits their style and riding needs
Keep the showroom and merchandise displays fresh, organized, and visually exciting
Stay up-to-date on current inventory, promotions, and new arrivals
Maintain product knowledge of Harley-Davidson apparel and safety gear
Build lasting relationships with customers and support the H-D lifestyle
What We're Looking For
Prior retail experience is required.
Positive attitude and love for helping people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be available to work weekends and during events
Passion for the Harley-Davidson lifestyle
