Job Summary KAIT - TV in Jonesboro, AR, is seeking an organized, resourceful, detail-oriented individual to support the Media Executives, sales management team, and station clients. The candidate will work directly with the sales team and management team to provide client customer service and delivery of sales commitments. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a strong work ethic who works well under pressure, has good time management skills, and likes to solve problems with a positive attitude.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist Media Executives in order entry and maintenance

Apply traffic instructions to orders

Create client presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint

Provide research on various categories of advertisers

Organize and maintain a high level of customer service on an ongoing basis

Qualifications / Requirements

Outstanding customer service; must build relationships and follow through on promises and commitments

Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to handle multiple orders/projects at various stages of execution and development across dozens of accounts

Enjoy being an active support player for others; comfortable working with salespeople and their clients, individually and together

Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with graphic programs such as Photoshop is a plus

Well‑grounded understanding of the importance of meeting revenue goals
