What you’ll do
Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best. While the primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes, duties include participating in visual merchandising, maintaining store presentation, and focusing on customer needs to achieve sales goals. Guide the customer through our award‑winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections Customer‑obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit, influence with moments that matter Cash Wrap/Cashier: use modern store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets for communication) to stay well‑informed on company priorities and promotions; deliver a seamless, omni‑channel shopping experience; promote our loyalty programs and credit services Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, what’s new and what’s on the floor; contribute to omni‑order fulfillment processes including in‑store and curbside pick‑up Position Requirements:
