Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson at Barnes Crossing Auto Group, located in Starkville, MS. The Salesperson is responsible for engaging with customers to determine their automotive needs, presenting vehicle options, conducting test drives, negotiating pricing and financing, and finalizing sales transactions. The Salesperson will also work to build long-term customer relationships and contribute to the dealership’s goals by achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven skills in communication, customer service, and relationship building to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Experience in sales, negotiation, and upselling techniques
Ability to effectively communicate vehicle features and financing options
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with strong time management abilities
Basic understanding of automotive products and the ability to learn dealership inventory
Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales-related software tools is a plus
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus
