Previous experience in a customer service or client relations role is preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients Sales experience is a plus, as the role may involve upselling or cross-selling products or services Proficiency in data entry and CRM systems to maintain accurate client records Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus, as the role may require communicating with multilingual clients
