E fficient in how they approach their role at Green Brick Partners. This position shares in the sales and customer service responsibilities for Centre Living Homes. This position is located in Waxahachie, TX.
Responsibilities
Model Home Open House and Community Maintenance: Be responsible for making sure model homes are open during open house hours as established by the President of Centre Living Homes.
Register open house attendees in the Customer Relationship Management system.
Answer questions for interested buyers and/or refer questions to your Community Sales Manager.
Maintain marketing materials in coordination with the Community Sales Manager.
Regularly check houses under construction to cheerfully and continuously report discrepancies to the Community Sales Manager.
Be responsible for the appearance and security of every finished/unoccupied home within the community.
Commitment
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the COMPANY and yourself in a professional manner at all times (including through social marketing efforts) as required by Centre Living Homes.
Learning and Development
Attend and participate in periodic or ongoing training engagements as directed by the sales manager.
Safety Compliance
Follow all safety rules as established by the company.
Supervision of Others N/A
Authority/Budget/Decision Making/Discretion and Independent Judgment Ability N/A
Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience
This position does not require experience in new home sales.
Experience in sales, mortgage, construction or customer service is a plus.
