We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support a dynamic sales team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team

Manage and update customer data, sales activities, and pipeline tracking within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Sage)

Assist with order processing, reporting, and coordination using ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, Sage)

Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation to support business development efforts

Coordinate communication between sales, operations, and other internal departments

Support process improvements and workflow efficiencies, especially during periods of organizational change

Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in a Sales Support or Sales Assistant role

Hands‑on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, or Sage

Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or Sage

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced or evolving environment

Experience in manufacturing is a plus, but not required
