Independent Sales Representative — Managed IT Services

About Wildcat IT Wildcat IT is a Portsmouth-based managed IT services provider serving small and mid-sized businesses across the NH Seacoast. We provide 24/7 monitoring, cybersecurity, unlimited helpdesk support, and full hardware lifecycle management — from procurement through certified data destruction. Owner-operated, month-to-month, no contracts.
The Role We're looking for a self-motivated outside sales representative to introduce Wildcat IT's managed services to local businesses with 5-50 employees. This is a 1099 independent contractor position — commission only, no base pay. You set your own schedule, use your own vehicle and phone, and earn recurring monthly commissions on every client you sign.
Your job is to identify prospects, conduct discovery calls, book IT assessments, present proposals, and close deals. We provide the sales toolkit (pitch deck, one-pager, scripts, objection handling guide), product training, and a service that genuinely solves problems for the businesses you'll be talking to.
Compensation
15% of Monthly Recurring Revenue for the first 12 months per client
$250 one-time bonus for each client signed on our premium (Pro) plan
No cap on earnings — commissions grow every month as you sign more clients
Example: Sign 10 clients averaging $800/month in recurring revenue = $1,200/month in commissions, growing every month
What We're Looking For
B2B outside sales experience — selling services (not just products) to small businesses is ideal
Based in or near the Portsmouth / Dover / Exeter / Hampton / Seacoast area
Own reliable vehicle, smartphone, and professional appearance
Comfortable walking into businesses, talking to owners, and building relationships
Self-motivated — you manage your own schedule and pipeline
Strong communication and follow-up skills
IT experience is NOT required — we will train you on the product
