Position Overview EngineQuest is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to provide exceptional customer service. This role serves as the central hub for order processing, sales channel inventory management, and customer communications across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Communications
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Address basic product questions and direct technical questions to appropriate personal.
Process customer returns efficiently and maintain accurate return documentation.
Deliver outstanding customer service reflects Engine Quest's commitment to quality.
Order Management & Processing Sales Channels
Perform daily eBay order imports and ensure accurate order entry.
Route orders appropriately for fulfillment.
Input and track Amazon incoming FBA stock shipments.
Monitor and manage Amazon integration to ensure seamless order flow.
Inventory & Data Management
Maintain up-to-date stock spreadsheets for eBay with accuracy and attention to detail
Track inventory levels and communicate stock status to management.
Create and capture high-quality photos for product listings.
Create and post information about the company to various social media.
Assist with special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with automotive parts industry (preferred but not required)
Basic photography skills for product imaging
Experience with eBay, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with social media marketing
