About the Role A Sales Associate acts as the ultimate brand ambassador, building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journey through personalized styling recommendations. They maintain a well organized, visually appealing sales floor, supporting team collaboration to deliver personalized customer experiences in an always‑inviting environment.

Responsibilities

Connect with customers and listen to their needs to create personalized experiences.

Share product knowledge and recommendations to help style the customer.

Use brand behaviors and personalized service to drive brand loyalty.

Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.

Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools.

Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.

Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.

Qualifications

Previous Sales Associate or customer‑focused experience (preferred).

Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.

Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Technology proficient and able to operate a point‑of‑sale system.

Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
