Overview
Counter Sales Associate
– Hiring a Counter Sales Associate to support an HVAC Manufacturing Organization that is the leader in climate control products. This is a Customer Service focused role that will answer customer phone calls and assist customers as they come into the store and look up parts and order parts. You will also perform shipping and receiving of parts, replenishment orders and will use a forklift a few times a week. PAY RATE: 20.00 hour HOURS: 6:00am to 3:00pm or till work completed (M-F) LOCATION: Bedford Park, IL 60638
Responsibilities
Customer Service focused that can answer phone and assist customers, look up parts etc.
Under direct supervision, evaluates customers needs and makes product/service recommendations accordingly. Responsible ensuring proper stocking of Lennox-branded and other HVAC-related products and supplies.
Assists in unloading products and deliveries.
Effectively communicates features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
Follows all safety, health and security and environmental standards.
Requirements
HS Diploma or GED required
Must have Customer Service / Counter Sales experience
Computer skills to look up parts for customers and customer orders
May use forklift a few times a week
Good oral and written communications skills.
Good computer skills required: Microsoft applications.
