What You’ll Do
Build and manage client relationships Prospect and develop new business Source and interview candidates (IT focus, plus other specialties) Manage the hiring process from interview to offer Negotiate terms and close deals What We’re Looking For
2+ years of staffing, recruiting, sales, or consulting experience (IT strongly preferred) Strong business development and relationship-building skills Organized, proactive, and motivated by results What We Offer
