Responsibilities
Proactively engages, connects and listens to customers by asking questions to determine customers’ needs.
Directs customers to merchandise; informs them about upcoming events, promotions, mobile offers, STAR card promotions all while providing premier customer service.
Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Uses a Point-of-Sales system, processing cash exchanges, discounts, gift cards, credit cards, debit cards (cash handling) including counting money and returning accurate amounts to customers.
Qualifications
Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties.
Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
Previous Retail Experience preferred but not required.
