We are seeking a motivated
Commercial Sales Representative
to drive business development and manage client relationships in the Dayton area. You will work closely with contractors, architects, and business clients to deliver flooring solutions, manage projects, and grow our commercial presence. Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and architects Identify new business opportunities and generate leads Develop and present proposals and pricing for commercial projects Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure projects run smoothly Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications
Proven experience or strong interest in commercial sales (flooring or construction experience a plus) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Highly organized and self-motivated Comfortable working in a team environment and independently Proficient with Microsoft Office What You’ll Gain
