
Vice President - Strategic Accounts

About the Role
This position supports the Global Accounts Program and is responsible to work directly for the Head of the program (SVP Global Accounts) in developing project plans, budgets, timelines and overall organizational plans for the program. This position also provides supplemental supervision to project teams where applicable as well as provide direction whenever needed. In addition the Staff Program Manager will coordinate global key performance metrics and reporting with FP&A as well as provide oversight for the progress of operations. A key member of the team who will be highly relied upon by the executive management team to ensure management and communications on progress of program. You will ultimately contribute toward and execute against the Global sales strategy working alongside a team who will be managing and developing key Client relationships to maximize AVI‑SPL wallet-share and profitability. Driving to exceed team goals as well as hitting personal targets contributing to overall profitability success and positive image of AVI‑SPL in the marketplace. You will influence (and in some cases lead) major cross‑functional projects affecting AVI‑SPL business product and service leadership articulate product and services strategies.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Own the organization of the overall program foundation structure
Develop and maintain the internal / external facing program materials
Identify and provide market research on strategic accounts strategies and best practices
Generate program requirements and perform GAP analysis
Manage overall financial data associated with program costs and return on investment
Manage reporting data for overall program
Own communications for internal and external program statuses
Liaison to marketing and marcom for global accounts and customer advisory board program
Assist in delivering business level projections to AVI‑SPL’s executive leadership teams on a regular basis
Maintain an understanding of competitive landscape and position and implement the appropriate pricing strategies
Other duties as assigned
Skills And Abilities
Ability to develop strategic business systems plans and translate business issues into technical solutions
Ability to understand and leverage existing Company systems to provide solutions to the business and recommend new systems when required
Proven ability to significantly contribute toward or lead operation initiatives with a results oriented approach
Demonstrated leadership and management skills in a team-oriented collaborative environment
Advanced knowledge of business intelligence tools and demonstrated ability to apply BI tools to solve business problems
Exceptional strategic thinking

Pay Type Salary
Min Base $130k
Max Base $160k
Competitive base salary plus earning potential through a performance‑based incentive plan designed to reward results and high achievement.
