Growing Real Estate Private Equity firm is seeking a Director of Real Estate Acquisitions. This role will lead sourcing, underwriting, and execution of real estate investments across targeted markets and asset classes.
Responsibilities
Source on and off-market real estate acquisition opportunities
Build relationships with brokers, owners, developers, and capital partners
Lead underwriting, valuation, and investment analysis
Manage transactions from LOI through closing
Support JV structuring, financing, and investment committee materials
Partner with asset management to execute post-close business plans
Qualifications
7+ years of real estate acquisitions or investment experience
Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills
Experience with real estate PE, family office, developer, or owner-operator preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
