Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in El Paso, TX. The primary responsibilities include
generating new business, closing deals, and growing existing accounts.
This role focuses on driving revenue by selling and promoting the rental of our portable office units in the region across key industries, including construction.
The Salesperson will manage
inbound leads, conducting follow-ups via phone, email, and in-person visits, and actively prospecting through outbound cold calling.
Additional duties include providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the development of sales strategies.
Qualifications
Experience in B2B Sales is preferred
Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Comfortable handling multiple leads and inquiries
Experience in construction or container-related industries is a plus
Strong computer skills and ability to manage multiple systems
Knowledge in CRM software (Salesforce) is a plus
Knowledge in Excel/Google Workspace
