Retail Sales Associate
to join our Hillsboro team.
We are looking for competitive, goal-oriented individuals who want more than just an hourly job — this role offers uncapped commission, monthly bonuses, and clear advancement opportunities.
This is a fast-paced, in-store retail sales position (not remote or telemarketing).
Responsibilities
Drive wireless sales including new activations, upgrades, and add-ons
Meet and exceed monthly sales and commission targets
Recommend phones, accessories, and prepaid service plans
Build strong customer relationships and drive retention
Troubleshoot basic device and account concerns
Maintain professional store presentation
Contribute to a competitive, team-based sales environment
Qualifications
1+ year retail sales, wireless, or commission-based sales experience preferred
Strong closing skills and comfort asking for the sale
Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
High energy, reliability, and professionalism
Weekend availability required
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Compensation
$13–$17/hour base pay (based on experience)
Uncapped commission
