Role Description This is a full-time, high-impact Sales Representative role based in the Midland/Odessa, Texas area, focused on aggressively growing CHEMCOR’s business across refineries, terminals, pipelines, and marine fuel operations.

This is a true hunter role — you will be expected to open doors, win new accounts, and take market share in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and closing new business with refineries, fuel terminals, pipeline operators, and marine fuel suppliers

Driving revenue growth through the sale of fuel additives, H₂S scavengers, corrosion inhibitors, lubricity improvers, and other specialty chemical solutions

Owning the full sales cycle: cold outreach, technical discussions, pricing strategy, negotiation, and closing

Building strong relationships with decision-makers in operations, lab, procurement, and commercial teams

Identifying immediate opportunities for chemical treatment improvements and delivering fast, value-driven solutions

Maintaining a strong field presence and staying embedded in the local market

Outworking competitors through responsiveness, technical understanding, and execution

Compensation

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure

Qualifications

Proven track record in Oil & Gas, refining, terminals, or fuel additive sales

Demonstrated ability to generate new business and consistently close deals

Strong understanding of refinery operations, fuel blending, and chemical treatment applications

Existing relationships in the Midland area market preferred

Ability to sell technical products with a value-driven approach

Highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Comfortable working independently in a field-driven, performance-based role
