This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate at our dealership in Brandenburg, Kentucky. The Sales Associate will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, provide product information, and deliver an outstanding car-buying experience. Duties include generating leads, conducting test drives, negotiating sales terms, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. This role also requires maintaining a thorough knowledge of Chevrolet products and services. Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills Sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, and familiarity with sales strategies and tactics Ability to learn and effectively present product features, specifications, and pricing Proficiency in technology and basic computer skills, including CRM systems Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and the ability to meet dealership driving requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are an advantage
