About the Role We’re looking for a high-energy, confident, and engaging "Pacer" Live Auction Host Assistant to support our live shows on Whatnot/TikTok live. The Pacer plays a key role in keeping our streams fast-paced, interactive, and exciting from start to finish. If you thrive in live environments, love engaging with people, and know how to keep momentum strong, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Maintain high energy and excitement throughout the live show
Keep the pace moving efficiently between products and segments
Engage with viewers in real-time through chat
Encourage participation, bidding, and interaction
Remind viewers about promotions, bundles, and giveaways
Support the host to eliminate dead air and ensure smooth transitions
Help create an entertaining, organized, and dynamic live experience
Requirements
Strong communication skills and on-camera confidence
Quick thinking and ability to adapt in real-time
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live production setting
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
No prior experience required — we will train the right candidate
Compensation & Schedule $25 per hour
Shifts range from
5 to 10 hours
Hourly paid position
