
Division Director of Neurovascular

UF Health Central Florida is seeking an experienced Division Director of Neurovascular to lead the strategic growth, operations, and clinical excellence of the Neuroscience service line across the region.
This executive leader will drive performance, quality outcomes, financial stewardship, and program expansion while ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and community needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership for Neurovascular & Neuroscience services
Oversee budget, productivity, and performance targets
Ensure regulatory compliance and stroke certification standards
Champion evidence-based practices to improve safety and outcomes
Lead interdisciplinary collaboration and physician partnerships
Recruit, develop, and mentor management staff
Clinical Expertise Required Strong clinical background in neurocritical and stroke care, including:
ICP management & EVD setup
Ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke
SAH
Coil/clipping procedures
Mechanical thrombectomy (pre- and post-operative management)
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Master’s preferred
Licensure/Certification:
RN, CCRN, or Advanced Practice Healthcare Professional required
