Job Overview The position is based in the Ala Moana, Honolulu, HI Retail Location.

As a Retail Sales Specialist at Spectrum, you will be the face of our company, promoting and selling our portfolio of products and services to both existing and new customers, enhancing the customer experience and fostering exceptional customer care.

Pay & Benefits Base pay: $20.00 per hour, with potential to earn $25.40 per hour through commission and incentives. Additional perks include free and discounted internet, TV, and mobile services.

Base pay generally ranges from $18.00 to $31.75 per hour. Additional incentive programs and bonus opportunities may apply.

Commission earnings target starting at $11,232 annually.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills & Abilities

Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.

High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms, and proficiency in computer applications.

Basic math skills.

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.

Familiarity with goal‑ and incentive‑based work environments.

Strong performance in a fast‑paced team environment.

Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing.

Highly effective interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization.

Self‑motivated, competitive spirit with a desire to exceed sales goals.

Positive and professional demeanor, strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of the latest technology and devices.

1–5 years of sales/customer service experience.

1–3 years of telecommunications or wireless experience.
