Bob's Carpet is looking to add a talented sales associate to our Sarasota location. Our Retail Sales Associates provide a first-class experience by offering excellent products and customer service to meet each customer's specific needs.
Responsibilities
Develop a rapport with our customers and pair them with the best products and services to meet their needs
Provide stellar customer service throughout the entire buying process including installation. Address and solve concerns immediately.
Visit job sites to measure for products and assess installation needs
Enter customer orders and payments into our computer system accurately and timely
Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the showroom
Promote and share product knowledge among the other sales consultants
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to process customer orders in a timely manner
Maintain confidentiality of pricing and internal operations
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements
Time and Detail oriented
Friendly
Outgoing
Able to communicate on a professional level with individuals or groups both verbally and in writing
Reliable transportation for use when home measurements are required
Ability to work a 40-hour work week with a varied schedule which includes weekends
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
