Now, more than 60 years later, Piros Signs proudly produces and installs signage across the nation. Piros Signs works with customers both near and far, sending the Piros Signs team to make sure every project runs smoothly. The focus is to provide the best signage on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the Company’s services, products and pricing structure
Maintains an up-to-date understanding of market behavior and competitive trends
Identify, develop, and sell sign and branding solutions to local businesses and developers; own the full sales process from prospecting to closing
Acquire new customers through direct sales techniques, cold calling and business-to-business marketing visits
Develop new business that meets targeted margin levels; coordinate with internal sources to manage pricing while qualifying business opportunities as you go
Work cross-functionally with internal departments during the new business process
Transition new account effectively to the project management team
Reviews prepared contracts for business negotiated to ensure requirements are accurate and are submitted as scheduled
Provide accurate and reliable sales forecasts in accordance with company plans; communicate with all appropriate levels of staff regarding business activities
Maintain prospect list and data relevant to projects and accounts
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, entrepreneurship or related field preferred
Minimum of 3+ yrs. experience in Business to Business sales is a plus
Knowledge of the sign industry or custom metal fabrication is preferred
PC proficiency with MS Office and Google Docs
Formal sales methodology & training experience a plus
Documented, proven history of aggressively growing sales and exceeding quotas annually
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
Ability to work independently
Experience with strategic sales and account management
Experience with a CRM
As this role could require some travel on behalf of the company, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance is required. This role could also be subject to an annual motor vehicle record review
