The Opportunity
Are you a design-savvy sales professional with an eye for luxury and a heart for service? We are expanding our team and seeking a talented, high-energy Sales Associate to join our Naples showroom. In this role, you will represent a world‑class portfolio of brands, including Kravet, Lee Jofa, Brunschwig & Fils, and Donghia.
Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Consultative Selling: Identify designer needs to suggest and sell curated product solutions across all categories (textiles, furniture, wallcoverings, carpet and lighting).
Inspirational Presentation: Present luxury products in a professional, compelling, and inspirational manner that aligns with each brand’s unique aesthetic.
Account Management: Diligently follow up on open quotes and leads to maximize conversion and achieve showroom sales goals.
Business Development: Conduct regular outreach to reactivate dormant accounts and identify new target customer groups to drive territory growth.
Digital Excellence: Utilize our CRM and proprietary systems to log interactions, manage order statuses, and provide seamless customer service.
Qualifications & Requirements
Industry Expertise: Working experience or formal education in Interior Design is highly preferred.
Sales Hunter Mentality: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, specifically in custom home design products (furniture, carpet, etc.).
Relationship Builder: Natural ability to build long‑term client trust and provide "white‑glove" customer service.
Tech‑Fluent: Comfortable using CRM systems and digital platforms to manage a high‑volume workflow.
Organizational Mastery: Strong time‑management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits We believe in rewarding proactive sales efforts and commitment to the brand. Our compensation package is designed to provide both stability and high earning potential.
Annual Base Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 (Paid hourly).
Estimated Base with Commissions: $67,500-$70,000 per year.
Plus quarterly bonus potential!
