Fabletics is currently looking for a Full‑Time Sales Lead for our retail store at Kenwood Towne Centre, Cincinnati, OH.
Overview Step into the role of Sales Lead and take charge of delivering an exceptional, best‑in‑class customer experience while supporting both Sales & Operations. You will leverage cutting‑edge technology to create a seamless shopping journey between our website and retail stores.
Responsibilities
Embody our culture and values and provide insight to customers on how to live their passion.
Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways, sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
Provide training and immediate feedback around our Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.).
Work in coordination with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to increase overall customer experience.
Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
Actively provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
Maintain all safety and security standards and identify, communicate potential issues.
Unpack boxes for inventory as required; boxes can weigh 10–30 lbs.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment; prior retail management experience is a plus.
Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside of the store.
Ability to work with large teams.
High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
Self‑motivated, a good communicator with an innate ability to bring the best out in others.
Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
Physical ability to stand, walk, talk, reach, and lift for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Availability
Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
