Drive Sales & Build Relationships: Hit sales targets and exceed expectations by connecting with customers and building lasting relationships.
Become a Vision Expert: Offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle and preferences.

Collaborate & Contribute: Work closely with your team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment.
Create a Welcoming Store Atmosphere: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing for customers.

What We’re Looking For
Passion for Customer Service: Enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences.
Sales Savvy: Thrive in a dynamic environment and use communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.
Tech‑Savvy & Detail‑Oriented: Comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience while maintaining transaction accuracy.
Fashion Forward: Keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends to help customers find their perfect look.
Self‑Motivated & Adaptable: Driven and resilient, adjusting to fast‑paced environments and seeking opportunities to learn.
Benefits & Compensation Pay Range: $15.00 – $19.78 per hour.
In addition to competitive base pay, you may be eligible for a bonus and/or commission plan.
Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
