No experience? No problem. We’ll train you every step of the way so you can start strong and earn while you learn.
What you’ll do:
Engage with customers to showcase floor care products and solutions
Deliver hands-on product demonstrations in homes and businesses
Learn the complete sales process from first contact to close
Track progress toward daily and weekly goals and celebrate team success
Develop leadership and communication skills through ongoing mentorship
