About the Role: As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with
pre-qualified homeowners in their homes , present tailored solutions, and guide them through the buying process. This role is ideal for individuals with
in-home sales experience and a strong ability to close deals during the initial appointment .
Your Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system
Design customized bath solutions using our software
Present pricing and
consistently close sales
Participate in weekly training to strengthen sales and presentation skills
What We’re Looking For:
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Prior in-home sales experience required
Experience in home remodeling or similar industries is a strong plus
Proven ability or comfort with
closing sales in the home
Reliable transportation and local residency required
Confidence and professionalism in presentations
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
Outgoing and comfortable in social settings
This is a
commission-based position with unlimited earning potential . Your income is directly tied to your performance, making this an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who are driven to succeed.
