We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic
Entry Level Inside Sales Representative
to join our sales team. This role focuses on selling advertising solutions to businesses nationwide through phone and virtual communication. You will work from our office environment, engage with pre-qualified leads, there is No Prospecting and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
Key Responsibilities
Sell advertising space and marketing solutions via phone and virtual meetings
Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls
Build rapport and long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Present advertising options clearly, confidently, and professionally
Close new business and upsell existing clients
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM system
$55,000 annual base salary that never goes away
Monthly bonuses of $250, $500 or $1,000
Uncapped commission with significant earning potential
Performance-based bonuses and sales incentives
Paid training and ongoing coaching

Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and phone presence
Comfortable conducting business entirely over the phone and online
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, inside sales environment
0–1 year of sales or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required
